GENERAL EVENT FAQ's

PM Nation is for property management professionals and is focused on creating a space for learning from experts and each other. Together, we will tackle the topics and processes that keep you up at night, sharpen your skills with best practices, and find creative ways to use technology to set the standard for how we collectively believe property management businesses can be run.
Because we believe there is always room to improve and find efficiency. We believe property management becomes easier, goals more attainable, and processes more scalable with technology. We’re uniting 500 of the most passionate and motivated property management professionals and coaches with the top technology experts in the field. Both Buildium and Propertyware customers and non-customers are invited to register. There will be product-specific training available from the technology partners, as well as industry education so no matter what software you’re using to manage your business, there will be plenty to explore at PM Nation!
We will be offering a limited number of discounted tickets at the Extra Early Bird ($20% off) price of $600 and Early Bird (10% off) price of $675. After discounted tickets run out, tickets will be sold at the General Admission rate of $750 each. Reserve your tickets early to get the best rate!
We are also selling tickets to our Executive Experience Workshop, an add-on ticket option for additional sessions on Day 3 geared towards PM company owners and executives. Executive Experience tickets are an additional $400 per person.
Your name badge, which you will receive onsite, gives you full access to attend all of the general sessions, concurrent breakout sessions, and meals listed in the General Admission Agenda.
If you also purchase a ticket to the Executive Experience Workshop on Day 3, you will also have access to those events and sessions (please see the Executive Experience section below for details).
For General Admission ticket holders and sponsors, PM Nation will provide a Welcome Reception on Sunday night, March 19th, breakfast, lunch, and an evening reception on Monday, March 20th, and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, March 21st.
In addition, for those who purchase the Executive Experience Workshop Add-on ticket for Wednesday, March 22nd, there will also be breakfast and lunch provided during that workshop.

In order to properly prepare for your experience, all tickets are sold in advance and will not be available for purchase on-site. Registration and ticket sales are planned to close on March 1st, 2023, or when tickets sell out, whichever occurs first.

EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP FAQ's
On the morning of Day 3, we will be offering an additional Executive Experience Workshop, for a limited number of attendees. You must be a current Buildium or Propertyware customer to enroll. This add-on workshop is designed for executive-level attendees, costs $400 per person, and will include:

The exhibit area will be open on Day 1, Monday, March 20th from the start of breakfast at 8:00 am until 4:30pm after the end of the last session that day. On Day 2, Tuesday, March 21st, exhibits will be open from the start of breakfast at 8:00 am until 5:30 pm, at the close of the General Admission Agenda.

COVID-19 & SAFETY FAQ's
PM Nation will be monitoring the social distancing and COVID-19-related safety guidelines in place at the time the conference is held. At this point, no additional COVID-19 restrictions are expected. At a minimum, masks will be provided for attendees should you desire to wear one. However, we do not expect masks to be required.
No, our vision for PM Nation is to foster a community where everyone involved—attendees, speakers, sponsors, event staff—can learn from one another so that, together, we can elevate the way technology is used and business is done in property management. We strongly feel that only in-person events have the magic ability to bring that vision to life, and we are willing to postpone the event versus transition it to virtual.
REFUND & CANCELLATION FAQ's
PM Nation will be granting ticket refunds as follows*:
*ALL refunds must be requested via email to info@pmnationconference.com and can only be applied to the original form of payment. In lieu of a refund, you may make a substitution request by contacting info@pmnationconference.com and providing the following information: original ticketholder name and email and substitute name and email. Requests will be granted at the discretion of conference organizers.
Please note that the deadline for guaranteed hotel room name changes is 7 dats prior to check-in; after that date, hotel room changes are subject to the Loews Coronado Bay Hotel's discretion and are not controlled by the PM Nation organizers or the Buildium/Propertyware team.
